Cakewalk tracks non-human identities (NHIs) separately from users. This page explains the NHI model and supported fields.
Cakewalk stores non-human identities (NHIs) in a dedicated entity that is separate from the User model.
NHIs can include identities such as bots, service accounts and AI agents discovered through supported app integrations.

Display name returned by the source app integration.

External ID
Source-system identifier for the discovered NHI.

Integration that reported the identity.

Date the identity was first discovered in Cakewalk.

Users represent human identities used for lifecycle governance and approvals.
NHIs represent non-human identities discovered from integrations.
NHIs are shown in:
the NHI table under Users, and
the NHI tab in app detail views (when data exists).
