# Switching Modules

Both modules of Cakewalk live behind one login. You switch between them from your profile menu.

### 🔀 How to Switch

1. Open your profile menu in the navigation bar.
2. Choose **Human Access** or **AI Agent Access**.
3. Cakewalk takes you to that module's home.

{% hint style="info" %}
You see both entries, but each is active only when your company runs that module and you hold access to it.
{% endhint %}

### 🚧 Grayed Out Entries

An entry you cannot select has one of two causes:

| What you see | What it means | What to do |
| ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **AI Agent Access** grayed out, with a note pointing to <service@getcakewalk.io> | Your company does not have Agent Access yet | Talk to your Admin, or have them reach out to <service@getcakewalk.io> |
| **AI Agent Access** grayed out, with a **Request access to Cakewalk Agent Access app** link | Your company has Agent Access; you do not hold it yet | Select the link. It opens the request in Human Access, scoped to Agent Access, and your company's [approval workflow](https://www.cakewalk.security/docs/human-access/how-to-guides/requests) takes it from there |

The same logic applies in the other direction: if you work in Agent Access but do not hold Human Access, that entry appears grayed out.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://www.cakewalk.security/docs/human-access-and-agent-access/switching-between-human-access-and-agent-access.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
