# Webflow

Connect Webflow to Cakewalk for auto-provisioning with an admin account or Google sign-in, including MFA setup.

### :sparkles: Auto Provisioning

| **Authentication method** | Username & password, or a connected Google account. See [Sign in with Google](/docs/human-access/how-to-guides/auto-provisioning/how-it-works/sign-in-with-google.md). |
| ------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Required permissions**  | `Admin`                                                                                                                                                                |
| **Required metadata**     | None                                                                                                                                                                   |
| **MFA**                   | Supported with `Username & password`. See details [here](#how-to-set-up-mfa).                                                                                          |

{% hint style="info" %}
**Use an account that manages one Workspace.** Agent Cake provisions into the Workspace the admin account belongs to. If the account belongs to several Workspaces, use a dedicated admin account in the Workspace you want Cakewalk to manage.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
**Signing in with Google:** if your Webflow admin account signs in through Google, choose **Sign in with Google** on the Sign-in method step and pick a connected account. Cakewalk then signs in through Google on Webflow's login page, and the connected Google account's own MFA secret covers the verification code. See [Sign in with Google](/docs/human-access/how-to-guides/auto-provisioning/how-it-works/sign-in-with-google.md).

<summary><strong>Which Webflow roles can Agent Cake grant?</strong></summary>

Map each Cakewalk Permission Level to one of the site roles Webflow offers in its invite dialog:

* `Admin`
* `Site Manager`
* `Designer`
* `Marketer`
* `Content Editor`
* `Reviewer`

New members are invited to all sites in the Workspace at the role you map.

<summary><strong>How to set up MFA</strong></summary>

These steps apply when the `Sign-in method` is `Username & password`. Agent Cake generates the one time code itself, so the admin account must use an authenticator app. A phone prompt or a hardware key will not work.

Keep Webflow and Cakewalk open side by side. You will move between them.

1. Navigate to <https://webflow.com/dashboard> and sign in with the admin account.

10. Click `Confirm code` to finish.

The code expires after 30 seconds. If Webflow rejects it, copy a fresh one in Cakewalk and paste it again.

See [Multi-Factor Authentication](/docs/human-access/how-to-guides/auto-provisioning/how-it-works/multi-factor-authentication.md) for the general setup steps.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://www.cakewalk.security/docs/human-access/connections-and-integrations/integration-guides/webflow.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
