Connect CatalystOne to Cakewalk as an identity source: request API credentials from CatalystOne, then enter them in the connection flow.

CatalystOne connects to Cakewalk with API credentials that CatalystOne issues for your account. The shared flow in Connecting an HRIS covers what syncs and what happens after you save; this page covers the CatalystOne side.

✅ Before You Start

• You need API credentials from CatalystOne. Request them from your support representative at CatalystOne or from [e-mail]: ask for the Client ID and Client Secret for your account.

🛠 Connect

1. In Cakewalk, go to Settings → Data Sources → Users and select CatalystOne.
2. Log into your CatalystOne instance and copy the URL from the address bar of your browser.
3. Paste that URL into the subdomain field in the connection flow and continue to the next step.
4. Paste the Client ID and Client Secret you received from CatalystOne into the connection flow and press Set up integration. The credentials are validated and a confirmation screen appears after a few seconds.
