The shared flow in [Connecting an HRIS](/docs/platform-overview/connections-and-integrations/connecting-an-hris.md) covers what syncs and what happens after you save; this page covers the Deel side. ### ✅ Before You Start * You need to be an Organization Admin in Deel to link the account. * To check: log in to Deel and go to **Organization Settings**. If you do not see **Restricted Access**, your account is an Organization Admin. If you see **Restricted Access**, it is not: click **View Organization Admins** and contact an admin to take over the setup or make your account an Organization Admin. ### 🛠 Connect 1. In Cakewalk, go to **Settings → Data Sources → Users** and select Deel. 2. In the connection flow, sign in with Deel using your Organization Admin account. Because Deel supports Sign in with Deel, no other configuration is required. The first sync starts immediately.
