Hailey HR

Connect Hailey HR to Cakewalk as an identity source: the admin role you need and where to generate the access token.

Hailey HR connects to Cakewalk with an access token you generate from your Hailey HR profile menu. The shared flow in Connecting an HRIS covers what syncs and what happens after you save; this page covers the Hailey HR side.

✅ Before You Start

• You must be assigned the "admin" role in Hailey HR.
• To check: follow the steps below and see whether you can open the Access tokens page. If you cannot, you do not have sufficient permissions. Ask a current admin to assign the role to your account or to complete the setup.

🛠 Connect

1. In Cakewalk, go to Settings → Data Sources → Users and select Hailey HR.
2. Log into your company's Hailey HR instance and click your profile picture in the top right corner of the page.
3. Click the Access tokens tab in the drop-down.
4. Give your access token a name of your choice and click the Generate button.
5. Click the copy icon to copy your newly generated access token.
6. Paste the value into the connection flow, then click Set up integration.
